They title the agents to help you with your modification a relationship manager, I disagree based on the facts that , they can’t give you the information you need , they play dumb and naive , you get a different agent every time you call, when you request the last manager you talked you they deny you a transfer, and each agent gives you totally different information, its sad that your own financial company really doesn’t care about you or you home, its basically a sad attempt to help you when you are in financial trouble.

Chase sends you messages they want to help. In addition they place a negative blemish against your credit. No written letters at all were sent. Just a lot of lies!
