So I am up to the Vice President of Customer Care. What does that mean Chase Customer Care?

I am going on three years. Now I am to the Vice President of Customer Care. Wow I am so excited. They say that they value me as a customer. I don’t think they really do. What do you think? Is greed driving this company with a three wheel covered wagon.
