I am feed up with Chase can’t do this any longer.. I am a disabled widow and never missed a payment only what Chase has put me behind on the trial payments I have done 3 now and back to square one. Each time this happens they say I can be eligible for another modification program and do all that faxing info again and again with them saying they never received it or it was out dated and need to redo it all over. I even had one person admit that it was them at Chase because they didn’t get to review it before the 90 days were up, that could not be true as I have been ask in the same week that I sent all new paper work..I did get a women that said she would work with me one on one, after two calls she was no longer there!?
Chase keeps sending my payments back to me cutting me off other programs I have to help me as I am disabled this is all putting on the street with no place to go at 65 years of age and only SS to live on. My husband passed away in 2007 and they still ask for his SS number to access my information. I do not send my payments each month my bank writes all the checks to Chase and always have, so they can not say I am not making the payments..Where do I get help with this? Today I got a letter that says do a short sale or else..who are they to tell me what to do? I have contacted so many help places but after finding who I deal with they refuse to help me! Anyone know what I can do?
