I am going on three years. Now I am to the Vice President of Customer Care. Wow I am so excited. They say that they value me as a customer. I don’t think they really do. What do you think? Is greed driving this company with a three wheel covered wagon.

I have learned of this new site to rally to pursue a class action against Chase for their fraudulent practices. Check it out.. http://www.rallycongress.com/chasehomefinance/945//

A direct quote from their Chase Homeownership Center website:
“We’re right in your neighborhood. This gives you an opportunity to meet face-to-face with a specially trained loan advisor who is focused exclusively on helping our customers keep their homes.
Call today to set up an appointment.”
So, we called and told the “receptionist” on the phone that we wanted to get an appointment to see someone there. She began asking us all sorts of questions about our income, and told us there wasn’t any point in us coming there. That they were just a processing center. That, if our gross income has not significantly changed, there is nothing that can be done. After a lengthly conversation, during which I begged, in tears, for an appointment, she finally gave us one.
We’ll see…but, somehow I don’t believe anybody there is “focused exclusively on helping our customers keep their homes”.
