I purchased my home through Chase and made payments on time for 6 years. At that time Chase sold my home on day and bought the loan back the next day. During that one transaction they “lost” $9000, stated that we did not have home insurance (we did and I sent the paperwork) they bought more insurance, doubled my house payment and then when I sought legal action, Chase waited me out until I had the choice of paying my “new” payment or buy my terminally ill wife’s medication. I lost my home, my wife, deep in debt due to medical and funeral expences, and ended up living in a borrowed 5th wheel with out plumbing. What a great experiance Chase gave me! I have all the legal paperwork to show what I say is true up until I had to give up the fight. Is there a class action going for someone like me?
