Is there any infomation on a class action suit being filed in Wisconsin?
I was offered a trial modification and was required to set up automatic payments.
Chase took the first payment automatically. Then I called them and was told that all three payments would be automatically taken and that there is no more needed from me.
At the end of the 3rd month I called to verify they had received all 3 payments and they told me yes. The next time I called, they said that I had not made the trial payments. THEY did not take the 2nd and 3rd automatic payment (there WAS enough money available for them to take). They refused the payments once we discovered their error and they filed a foreclosure action. I am able to make all the modified payments – but they will not accept my money.
This is a nightmare…I know that I am not alone trying to deal with Chase.
This is my home and I want to keep it.
I need a book to tell you the problems I’ve had with Chase since 2001. They are short-selling my home and it has been a complete idiotic nightmare–the realtor has it listed for $125,000 I get an over-night letter today from the VP John Rieger saying he will take $59,351!!! They lose all paperwork EVER sent to them–faxed to them–emailed to them–each person gives different answers–they now have “babysitters”–guy says well I’m not the short sale specialist–call me only if you call and they don’t return your call–then I’ll email them for you—WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You get paid for that??? It has been a total nightmare–they even had the house on the sheriff sale auction for $80,000 then didnt have the auction–house has been empty since 2006!!! I wish somebody would investigate these people!! Ohio needs investigated!!
I am having the same problem with Chase. Have been trying to get a modifacation loan for 2 years, have filled out and faxed the same papers 6 times or so. Always an excuse why loan did not go through. They won’t even let us make payments so weare just getting further behind. I need a lawyer in Oklahoma to talk to. Any suggestions on what to do next? I don’t want to lose my home. [email protected]
In 2009 we lost our home to Chase forclosure, this happened after a long layoff and after going back to work Washington Mutual was working with us to get back on track with our payments but when Chase took over that all stoped.
No one at Chase would talk to us and we lost our home after being in it for over 7 years.
Any options here or we just one of the lost souls in all this?
My Family and I have been devastated since we lost our home, all we wish to pursue and participate in any all class action suites against chase bank to make sure sure no other families can be humiliated and suffered like we are.
